What are the foolproof positions, methods, hand movements etc, that help you orgasm internally?

“When self-pleasuring, I lay on my back. I use the bulby end of the Raven Pearto stimulate my g-spot. I start with slow movements and use my free hand to stimulate my clit. Whenever I feel like I'm about to come from clitoral stimulation, I stop clit stimulation and put more pressure onto my g-spot. It's more like tapping my wand, the tempo is higher. Sometimes I move the wand from left to right in an upspeed tempo. I repeat this several times to build up my mood. Eventually, I climax from clit stimulation. I also repeat this several times.
